Brian Kendrick: In 2004, Brian Kendrick made his WWE debut. He
trained at Shawn Michaels wrestling school. He teams with Paul London. Together,
they held the tag titles for 8 months.
Carlito: He made his debut in
November 2004. He uses the "Back Cracker" as his signature move. In his short
career, Carlito won the Intercontinental Title and United States Championship.
Charlie Haas: He made his debut
on December 26, 2006. He is best known for teaming up with Shelton Benjamin. At
the time, they were known as Team Angle. They won the WWE Tag Team Championship.
When the team broke up, Charlie Haas struggled in his single career. He was
released from the WWE and work on the independent circuit. WWE resigned Haas in
2006. Recently, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin reformed their team and are
now called “The Worlds Greatest Tag Team”. He is married to former “Diva” Jackie
and they recently had a baby.
CM Punk: He made his debut
in ECW in the fall of 2006. He became notice on the indy scene, when he worked
for Ring of Honor (the top independent promotion in the country). At Wrestlemania 23, he wrestled and lost the Money in the Bank Match. On September
1, 2007, CM Punk defeated John Morrison to win the ECW title. This was his first
WWE title. At Wrestlemania, Punk won the annual "Money in the Bank" ladder
match. He would later cash it in on Raw and defeat Edge to win his first world
title.
Cryme Tyme: They made their WWE
debut in October 2006. Cryme Tyme trained in the developmental Ohio Valley
wrestling promotion. They portrayed their characters as thugs on Raw. On
September 2 2007, they were release from their contracts for an altercation with Lance Cyde and Trevor Murdoch
at a house show. They resigned with WWE in the summer of 2008.
Hardcore Holly: He has been in the WWE for over a decade. He debut as Bob
"sparkplug" holly. The gimmick was of a racecar driver. he has won the world tag
team championship and the now defunct hardcore championship. In April of 2007,
Holly had surgery to repair a torn bicep, which has resulted with him missing
several months of action.
Jerry Lawler: He is known for being a perverted color commentary on
WWE Raw. However, Jerry Lawler was a huge star in the 1980's in Memphis. He was
and is a local celebrity. He had a famous feud with Andy Kaufman in 1982. On
"late night with David Letterman", he Slapped Andy Kaufman. The feud was
documented in the movie "Man on the Moon" starring Jim Carrey. Jerry Lawler was
inducted in the WWE hall of fame at Wrestlemania 23.
Lance Cade: Lance Cade made his
WWE debut in September 2005. He teams with Trevor Murdoch. They have won the WWE
Tag Team Championship.
Santino Marella: Santino made his WWE debut on April 16, 2007. He was
trained in Ohio Valley Wrestling promotion. On his first night with the WWE, He
was selected out of the crowd by Vince McMahon to wrestle Umaga for the IC
title. In his debut match, he defeated Umaga to win the title.
Snitsky: He made his WWE
debut on September 13, 2004. He is from Nesquehoning, Penn. Snitsky uses the
Pump-Handle Slam for his signature move.
Super Crazy: He debut in WWE in 2005. However, he is known more from
his stint in ECW. In the original ECW, he won the ECW Television Championship.
Paul London: After getting high praise on the independent scene,
Paul London signed with the WWE in 2003. Paul is a high flyer. He has won the
Cruiserweight title. In 2006, Paul London teamed with Brian Kendrick to win the
World Tag Team Titles.
Val Venis: Val Venis made his
WWE debut in May 1998. The Character portrays a former adult star turned pro
wrestler. In his early WWE career, he played into the role with various skits
and feuds. He is rarely used now. Val Venis has won the Intercontinental
championship, European Championship and WWE Tag Team Championship.
William Regal: He made his WWE debut in 1998. He made his United
States debut in the mid 1990 with WCW. There, He won the US title and multiple
tag team titles. In his WWE career, he has won multiple titles. In 2007, he was
the commissioner for Raw for a short period of time..
