UFC 68 was a night full of comebacks. After a year away from the sport, Randy Couture came out of retirement to challenge Tim Sylvia for the UFC Heavyweight Championship. At 43 years old, Randy Couture shocked the world. he dominated Tim for the whole 5 rounds. After suffering devastating losses, Rich Franklin and Matt Hughes returned to the octagon. They dominated their opponents.

• Randy Couture beat Tim Sylvia by Unanimous decision. Randy Couture at the age of 43 won the UFC Heavyweight Championship.
• Matt Hughes beat Chris Lytle by Unanimous decision.
• Martin Kampmann beat Drew McFedries by submission in the first round by a triangle choke.
• Rich Franklin Beat Jason McDonald by Stoppage at the end of the second round
• Jason Lambert beat Reneto Sobiai by Knockout in second round.
• Matt Hamill beat Rex Holman by stoppage in the first round.
• Jon Fitch beat Luigi Fioravanti by submission in the 3rd round.
• Gleison Tibau wins by unanimous decision beating Jason Dent

• Jamie Varner beat Jason Gilliam in the first round.
