TNA started 2006 with their annual Turning Point pay per view. In the main event, Sting made his TNA debut. He teamed with Christian Cage and beat Jeff Jarrett and Monty Brown ( WWE's Marcus Cor Von).

2. LAX defeated The Naturals

3. Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, and Alex Shelly defeated Chris Sabin, Sonjay Dutt, and Matt Bentley.

4. The James Gang defeated David Young and Elix Skipper

5. A.J Styles defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi

6. Sean Waltman defeated Raven

7. Bobby Roode defeated Ron Killings

8. Abyss defeated Raven

9. America's Most Wanted defeated Team 3D to regain the NWA world tag team titles

10. Samoa Joe defeated Christopher Daniels to regain the X division title

11. Christian Cage and Sting defeated Jeff Jarrett and Monty Brown.
