ECW World Champion

Mark Henry: He is nicknamed the World Strongest Man" and for good reason. Before he enter into professional wrestling. Mark was a professional weightlifter. He competed at the 1992 and 1996 Olympic games. Although, he did not medal at the games. The media focused on him. After the 1996 Olympics, he sign a ten year contract with the WWE. Mark Henry began his wrestling career as a singles wrestler. Later, He joined The Rock and other to form the Nation of Domination. Mark Henry has been on and off of WWE television throughout the last 11 years. At the 1996 Saturday Night Main Event, Mark Henry suffered a knee injury. The injury placed him on the inactive WWE roster for a year. Mark would reemerge in 2008. He would win the ECW title.

Balls Mahoney: He is an original member of ECW. In the original ECW, he teamed with Axl Rotten. He won the ECW tag team championship with Axl, Spike Dudley (TNA's Brother Runt), and Masato Tanaka.

Chavo Guerrero: After spending several years with WCW, Chavo made his WWE debut in 2001. Chavo is the nephew of the late Eddy Guerrero. He has won the WCW and WWE Cruiserweight title as well as the WWE tag team title. Chavo would switch to ECW and have his most successful run of his career. In 2008, he would win the ECW title. However, he would lose the title to Kane at Wrestlemania 24 in 20 seconds.

CM Punk: He made his debut in ECW in the fall of 2006. He became notice on the indy scene, when he worked for Ring of Honor (the top independent promotion in the country). At Wrestlemania 23, he wrestled and lost the Money in the Bank Match. On September 1, 2007, CM Punk defeated John Morrison to win the ECW title. This was his first WWE title. At Wrestlemania, Punk won the annual "Money in the Bank" ladder match. He would later cash it in on Raw and defeat Edge to win his first world title.

Elijah Burke: He debut in the summer of 2006. Elijah is from Jacksonville, Florida.

John Morrison: John made his debut in 2005 Johnny Nitro with MNM. He trained in Ohio Valley promotion (WWE developmental promotion) to learn how to be a professional wrestler. At the beginning of his WWE tenure, he was managed by Melina. John has won the WWE Tag Team Championship and Intercontinental Championship. In the 2007 Draft, He was drafted to ECW. He quickly established himself as the headliner of the brand by beating CM Punk to become the ECW World Champion. On September 2, 2007, John lost the ECW title to CM Punk. He was suspended for 60 day for violating the WWE wellness policy.

Kevin Thorn: he made his WWE debut on July 25, 2006 defeating Little Guido. He plays a vampire.

Little Guido: He is an ECW Original. He was a member of The FBI with Tony Mamaluke and Big Sal. He worked on Smackdown for four years. When ECW was recreated, Little Guido was added to the roster.

Matt Hardy: He has had a long and rocky WWE career. He debut with the WWE in 1998. Matt teamed with his brother Jeff Hardy to form the Hardy Boyz. They would go on to win the WWE tag team title on several occasions. As a team, They will be most remembered for their epic ladder matches at several Wrestlemania's. In 2002, The Hardy's decided to brake up and go their separate ways. Matt went to Smackdown and won the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. In 2005, Matt's real life problems would come into the publics eye.  Matt Hardy would go public with his girlfriend Lita cheating on him with Edge. Matt went on internet radio show and publicly blasted Edge and Lita. WWE would end up firing Matt over the situation. Matt worked the indies scene for several months. He got the attention of TNA and was going to sign with them. However, WWE change their opinion of Matt and quickly resign him. WWE would end up making Matt's real life relationship problems into a wrestling feud.

Matt Striker:  He debut in December of 2005. A former teacher, He made national headlines when called sick into work to go wrestler at an independent wrestling card. WWE signed him soon after the publicity.

Mike "The Miz" Mizanin: The Miz is known from his days on MTV's The Real World or The Inferno. He tried out for the WWE during the season four Tough Enough competitions. He did not win the contest. However, the Miz decided to dedicate himself to wrestling full time. WWE was impressed by his dedication. They decided to sign him in 2006.

Mike Knox: He plays an over jealous boyfriend. Kelly Kelly has been his on-air girlfriend. Last July, he debut in WWE on the premiere episode of ECW. Mike Knox is from Phoenix, Ariz.

Tommy Dreamer: He is an ECW Original and has been mainstay since ECW inception in 1993. In ECW early years, he feuded with Raven. When ECW folded, he signed with WWE. Tommy Dreamer still wrestles on television. However, he is more active backstage doing various other duties.
