In the fall of 2005, Bobby Lashley made his debut in the WWE . He has wrestled his whole life.
Bobby is a three-time national champion and four time All-American. He started
his WWE career on Smackdown. Bobby joined the ECW roster in
November 2006. On December 3, 2006, he won the ECW title in an elimination chamber match.
At Wrestlemania 23, he teamed with Donald Trump against Umaga and Vince McMahon
with the loser getting his head shave. The match made national headlines with
Donald putting his hair at stake. However, it was Vince McMahon who would get
his head shaved.
In February 2008, Bobby Lashley
was released from his WWE contract. After his release, he started to train in
MMA. He would spend the rest of 2008 training for his MMA debut. He is currently
2-0 in his MMA career. Although, he has left professional wrestling. In a recent
radio interview, he stated that he has not ruled out a possible return to the
square circle.
After a brief stint with TNA,
Bobby has decided to focus on his MMA career with Strikeforce.
